These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, and website of Ample Alloys (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any purchase of goods made through our website https://amplealloys.com. By accessing the Website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Buyer: Any individual or company purchasing Goods from the Company.
Goods: Industrial products supplied by the Company including pipe fittings, flanges, fasteners, and related items.
Contract: The agreement formed between the Buyer and the Company in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, confirmations, and supplies made by the Company. Any terms proposed by the Buyer are excluded unless expressly accepted in writing.
All orders are subject to Company approval. A Contract is considered accepted when the Company issues confirmation, delivers Goods, or generates an invoice. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without explanation.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude taxes, duties, freight, and insurance unless stated. Payment terms are as indicated on the invoice and must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by applicable law.
Delivery schedules are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers to the Buyer when Goods leave the Company premises. Title transfers only upon full payment.
The Buyer must inspect Goods immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be submitted in writing within the specified time. Failure to notify constitutes acceptance of Goods as-is.
The Company warrants that Goods conform to applicable specifications at the time of dispatch. This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
The Company’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the Goods involved in a claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content, branding, and material on the Website remain the property of the Company. No rights are transferred to the Buyer other than the permitted use of Goods.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during business transactions unless disclosure is legally required.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within the jurisdiction where the Company is registered.
The Company may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
